​​Thomas Schmoyer:  Tom is the Inventor of our Advanced Treatment Process.  He is Past President of Coalition Technologies, which was a joint venture with DOW Chemical Company.  Tom has 25 years of experience with the chemistry, equipment, and technology used in our process - including 25 years of experience with sulfonation technology and processes.  Tom is also the inventor of the patent pending “Apparatus and Method for Removing and Retarding Paraffin Buildup On Surfaces In Contact With Crude Oil and Natural Gas”.

Armando Cavazos:  Armando has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services/banking industry, and has 20 years of experience as CEO.  Armando’s talents and expertise extend far beyond the financial services industry and he has been honored to serve on the Board of Trustees of the University of Detroit Mercy, the Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute, the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, and is a Board Member of University Bank of Ann Arbor and their Holding Company, Detroit Cristo Rey High School, and is the Founder and CEO of an e-commerce and business advisory enterprise.

Jim Prowse:  Jim has forty years in technology development as a financial and an operating executive.  He has led two IPO’s and raised $40 million in venture capital financing for a medical device startup.​
